Our design style is a blend of Scandinavian rustic charm, using serene neutrals to create a spacious feel, while incorporating bursts of pattern and color for added allure and vibrancy. With our background in property development, we understand the financial constraints involved in building and renovating properties. This is why we’ve curated these chic interiors to offer an affordable yet high-quality solution, featuring impactful pieces that elevate the space.

Want an idea of costs?
The price will depend on the number & size of the spaces requiring styling, such as the number of bedrooms, size of the hallways, living rooms etc. Our minimum charge is £2200, which is our starter package for a one bedroom flat/house. This includes furniture & styling for a bedroom, living space, bathroom & kitchen.
We create bespoke quotes based on the information you provide us. We ideally like to see pictures, a floorplan and a video walkthrough. This allows us to plan out the space prior to install and ensures a comprehensive home stage.

Here are some examples of staged properties and agreed prices
1 Bedroom Flat, Cheltenham
Pittville Crescent
In this stage, we furnished a double bedroom and a spacious open-plan living area. The setup included a corner sofa, bar stools, coffee table, soft furnishings, candles, a mirror, and artwork. The total cost amounted to £2200. Impressively, after best and final offers, the property sold for £265,000 within a week of being listed, surpassing the initial valuation of £220,000.
2 Bedroom Flat, Cheltenham
Indigo Place
We provided furniture and styling for two double bedrooms & a large open plan living space including an office area. The client paid £2500 and achieved a sale price of £195,000 having bought it for £157,000 unfurnished only three years previous.
4 Bedroom House, Bristol
Canford Lane
This was one of our own properties. We staged & styled the property following a complete renovation. This was a large 4 bedroom property. The property sold for £1.25mil within two weeks of being on the market. This type of stage would typically cost £5,000, 0.4% of the sale price.

With 18 years of experience as a Human Factors and Usability Engineer in safety-critical industries, Pippa has refined her expertise in interior workspace design. She adeptly combines this skill set with her passion for interiors in her work running Bloomska Home Staging
FAQs
We usually require 7-10 days to organise & deliver the stage from point of purchase. We will always try to beat these timescales if possible.
We are currently operating in the Cotswolds. We are based in Cheltenham and offer stages within the local area. We are hoping to expand further afield in the near future.
We always offer the opportunity to extend the rental period. We require 7 days notice for extensions and an extension price will depend on the additional weeks required.
